This is our promise to help you have a successful auction.
• We will spend time inspecting and viewing the property so that we are well-informed about all aspects of the property. We will research prices for comparable land sales in the area. This will also include offsite research of taxes, utilities, title insurance, government programs, etc.

• We will conduct a professional auction sale on sale day. We will collect a 15% irrevocable deposit on sale day from the successful bidder. This will be deposited in a trust account until closing.
• We will put forth great effort toward selling your property at the highest price. When the sale is over, WE WANT YOU TO BE SATISFIED.
